Air Fryer Garlic Butter Steak and Potatoes:
Ingredients:
For the Steak:
2 New York strip steaks (or your preferred cut)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
For the Potatoes:
2 large russet potatoes, diced into 1-inch cubes
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
For the Garlic Butter Sauce:
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:
Start by preheating your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for a few minutes.
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme for the steak marinade. Brush this mixture on both sides of the steaks.
In another bowl, combine the diced potatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Toss to coat the potatoes evenly.
Place the steak in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overcrowded. Cook for about 10-12 minutes for medium-rare, flipping halfway through. Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of your steaks and your air fryer model, so adjust accordingly for your desired level of doneness.
While the steaks are cooking, transfer the seasoned potatoes to a separate air fryer basket (or you can cook them in batches if necessary). Cook the potatoes at 400°F (200°C) for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket or flipping the potatoes halfway through, until they are crispy and golden.
In the meantime, prepare the garlic butter sauce. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and cook for a couple of minutes until fragrant. Stir in the chopped parsley and set aside.
When the steaks are done, remove them from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes.
To serve, drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the cooked steaks and potatoes. You can also sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over
