Keto Crackers With Almond Flour

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed (optional for extra fiber)
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder (or your favorite seasoning)
  • 1/4 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1 egg (or 1 tbsp olive oil for a vegan option)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the ingredients: In a bowl, combine almond flour, flaxseed, garlic powder, and salt. Add the egg (or olive oil) and mix until it forms a dough.
  3. Roll out the dough: Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out evenly until it’s about 1/8 inch thick.
  4. Cut into crackers: Use a knife or pizza cutter to slice the dough into your desired cracker shapes.
  5. Bake: Transfer the parchment paper with the cut crackers onto the baking sheet. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  6. Cool and serve: Let the crackers cool completely to become crispy. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
