Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ribs:
    • Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for tenderness.
    • Cut the rack into smaller sections that fit in your air fryer.
  2. Season the Ribs:
    • Rub the ribs with olive oil.
    • Mix the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne (if using).
    • Massage the spice rub onto the ribs, ensuring they’re well coated.
  3. Preheat & Cook:
    • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
    • Place the ribs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
    • Cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Add BBQ Sauce & Finish:
    • Brush BBQ sauce on both sides of the ribs.
    • Increase temperature to 400°F (200°C) and cook for another 5-7 minutes, until the sauce caramelizes and ribs reach an internal temperature of 190°F-200°F for fall-off-the-bone tenderness.
  5. Serve & Enjoy:
    • Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before slicing.
    • Serve with extra BBQ sauce and your favorite sides!
