Flaxseed Bread (Keto, Vegan, Gluten-Free, Paleo)
Each slice contains approximately 0.6g net carbs
Ingredients:
- 1 cup (120g) finely ground flaxseeds
- 1 teaspoon baking powder (or baking soda + lemon juice for paleo)
- 1 cup water
Optional Additions (to enhance taste & texture):
- Pinch of salt (optional but recommended)
- Herbs or spices (e.g., garlic powder, oregano)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a small loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground flaxseeds and baking powder.
- Gradually add water, stirring continuously until a thick dough forms.
- Transfer the dough into the lined loaf pan, smoothing the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the bread is firm and golden.
- Let it cool before slicing.
